Postscript to Monday's Postcard from Paradise

I left off the dinner menu from Monday and it was wonderful -- as were the dinner companions.

We're still at sea on the luxurious Costa Fortuna -- until Wednesday morning.



Lentil walnut pate



Cream of fennel soup



Orange arame watercress salad



Sweet corn risotto with red pepper pesto and fried sage

Carrot cake with 'cream cheese Icing' and lemon sauce
