Walk this way....Day Six Postcard from Paradise

After breakfast today,On the 26th, we'll be Mindfully Walking and Sharing The Tai Ji Dance of the Five Elements before exploring Grand Turk.

And how exciting for me -- having had a private shiatsu consult with my favorite Lino Stanchich among other things, I was given new ways of prescriptive walking for ME!! I am so blessed

Here's the description from the Holistic Holiday at Sea VII Program:
Celebrating the Inner Healer: Mindful Walking.

Express the joy of movement and anchor your enriched sense of well-being with sustained present moment walking practices on the deck.
Voyagers will be guided in several ways of walking with intention and awareness. Have fun and gain confidence walking in and out of balance in the dance of life.

Sharda will include a demonstration of the Dance of the Five Elements to illustrate the moving meditation practices (with seated adaptation) that complement mindful walking and discuss the application and 'next steps' to integrating these principals and ancient systems into daily life.
