Tuesday's Postcard from Paradise

I'm playing catch up tonite -- I couldn't get online last eve -- so here's just the menus of the day.

Tuesday's Menus from Paradise on the Way to St. John and St Thomas:
BREAKFAST
Miso soup with soba

Soft millet with sweet vegetables and black sesame seed gomashio

Steamed bock choy

Baked apple
(upon request Hash brown potatoes with salsa)

LUNCH
Corn bread with onion butter

Pinto bean chili

Umebashi seasoned potato salad

Vegan Wild Wood shiitake burger
with topping and trimmings

Carob banana nut brownie with fresh carob orange sauce

DINNER

Fresh spring roll and dipping sauce (my fav -- it was very tender -- with avacado, tofu, etc)

Sweet potatoe soup

Arugula corn red onion salad

Black bean cake with mango salsa and yucca chips

Strawberry mousse cake
